Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Rider Cancellations

• More than 24 hours before departure: Full refund.
• 6–24 hours before departure: 50% refund.
• Less than 6 hours before departure or no-show: No refund.

2. Driver Cancellations

If a driver cancels, Easy Rides will re-assign another driver or provide a full refund to the rider.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Easy Rides may issue discretionary refunds for emergencies (illness, accidents, etc.).
